03 Concrete
Concrete Flatwork - 2D
Summary: This assembly is designed for a Volume 2D takeoff.
Variables:
- Aggregate Base Depth In Inches - used to calculate the Aggregate Base item.
- Rebar Spacing Inches If Used - Required if choosing rebar for reinforcing.
Required Items:
These items will be automatically added to your takeoff.
- Aggregate Base - calculated in tons, based on the area component of the takeoff and aggregate depth variable.
- Concrete - cubic yards equal to the takeoff total.
- Concrete Flatwork Labor - by the square foot.
Item Groups:
This group contains a selection of items to choose if needed.
- Choose Reinforcing - either rebar or welded wire mesh.
- Choose Vapor Barrier - by the roll based on square footage of the takeoff
Concrete Footing, Beam, Curb - Linear
Summary: This assembly is designed for a Linear takeoff. It can be used for different types of footings, beams and simple curbs.
Variables:
- Concrete Width In Inches - Used to calculate the volume of concrete and length of transverse rebar.
- Concrete Depth In Inches - Used to calculate the volume of concrete.
- Continuous Rebar Count - the number of bars running along the length of the concrete.
- Transverse Rebar Spacing In Inches - Required if choosing a transverse rebar item.
- Vertical Rebar Spacing In Inches - Required if choosing a vertical rebar item.
- Vertical Rebar Length In Feet - If choosing vertical rebar this is the total length of each piece including bends and hooks.
Required Items:
These items will be automatically added to your takeoff.
- Concrete - Cubic yards calculated using the linear takeoff total plus depth and width variables.
- Concrete Footing Labor - by the linear foot.
Item Groups:
This group contains a selection of items to choose if needed.
- Continuous Rebar - by the linear foot, based on the linear takeoff total and rebar count variable.
- Transverse Rebar - by the linear foot, based on the linear takeoff total, width variable and transverse spacing variable.
- Vertical Rebar - by the linear foot, based on the linear takeoff total, width spacing variable and vertical rebar length variable.
- Excavation Labor - by the linear foot.
Concrete Rectangular Column/Pier - Count
Summary: This assembly is designed for a Count takeoff. It may work for any vertical rectangular concrete structure.
Variables:
- Column Height In Feet - Or depth if you have a pier. The vertical dimension. It is used to calculate concrete and all rebar.
- Column Width In Inches - One of the horizontal dimensions, used to calculate concrete and cage rebar.
- Column Length In Inches - One of the horizontal dimensions, used to calculate concrete and cage rebar.
- Vertical Rebar Count - Used to calculate vertical rebar.
- Rebar Cage Spacing In Inches - Used to calculate cage rebar.
Required Items:
These items will be automatically added to your takeoff.
- Concrete - Cubic yards calculated using the count takeoff total plus width, length and height variables.
- Concrete Column/Pier Labor - per each.
- Rebar (Vertical) - in linear feet, based on the takeoff count, column height and rebar count.
- Rebar (Cage) - in linear feet, based on the takeoff count, column dimensions and spacing variable.
Item Groups:
This group contains a selection of items to choose if needed.
- Excavation - per each.
Concrete Round Column/Pier - Count
Summary: This assembly is designed for a Count takeoff. It may work for any vertical round concrete structure.
Variables:
- Column Diameter In Inches - used to calculate concrete and cage rebar
- Column Height In Feet - used to calculate concrete and all rebar
- Vertical Rebar Count - used to calculate vertical rebar
- Rebar Cage Spacing In Inches - used to calculate cage rebar
Required Items:
These items will be automatically added to your takeoff.
- Concrete - Cubic yards calculated using the count takeoff total plus diameter and height variables.
