Update Your Billing Information and Reactivate an On-Hold Account

Keep your account billing information current to avoid service disruption due to payment processing issues.
You can find instructions on how to update your billing address, contact, and credit card info below.
If your account is on hold or deactivated due to a problem processing your payment, follow the steps below to reactivate it.
NOTE: Only an Account Owner can access/update billing and subscription information.
Update Your Billing Information
- Log in to STACK.
- Click the Settings icon at the right of the main navigation toolbar.
- Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click Billing Information at the left of your screen.
- Update Billing Contact, Credit Card and Billing Address.
- To change credit cards, click Add Card, enter the card information, then click Add Card again.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page. (You must click Save, to save your changes.)
Manually Renew/Reactivate an On-Hold Account
- Log in to STACK.
- Click the Settings icon at the right of the main navigation toolbar.
- Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click Subscription at the left of your screen.
- Select the subscription term you want. Once you choose Renew or Buy, you’ll be directed to your billing information.
- Update/confirm your Billing Contact, Credit Card and Billing Address.
- Click Continue to save the information and reactivate your account.
