Below are instructions on how to reset your STACK login password and what to do if you no longer have access to the email address used to sign up for your STACK account.
Change Your Password
- Make sure you are logged out of STACK.
- Go to the STACK login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your STACK account.
- Click Continue.
- Click the Forgot your password? link.
- Enter the email address associated with your STACK account.
- Click the Reset my password button.
- Check your email* for a link to reset your password.
- Click the Reset my password link to enter and confirm a new password.
- Click the Go button.
*You may need to check your spam/junk folder.
Change Your Account Login Email Address
- Have an Account Owner contact your STACK customer success manager.
- Provide the original and new email address (do not include passwords).
- Provide a current invoice or receipt if possible.
