Cancelling Your Account
We’re sorry to see that you’re considering leaving STACK. Please let us know if there is something we can do better.
On the date your billing cycle ends, your subscription will end/be canceled, and your account will automatically revert to the free version of STACK. There is a 90-day grace period to renew your account before your project data is permanently deleted.
*All cancellations must be confirmed with a live STACK representative.
You can contact our support team at 866-702-6078 ext. 1 during business hours (Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm EST) or reach out to your Account Manager. If you leave a cancellation request in our support team voicemail, please expect a return call the following business day to confirm.
At the end of your billing cycle, we will store your data for 90 days in case you decide to renew your STACK subscription. If you have not renewed within 90 days, all project data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
No refunds will be offered on canceled subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds or credits will be offered for partially used subscriptions.
